At Improve Confidence all your material and communications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality we will act in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998.We take Data Protection seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. We will not disclose your details to any person, unless you have given your consent or we are compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by any law enforcement agency or government authority.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to any materials are either owned by or licensed to us. Copying, adaptation or any other use of all or any part of it without our express permission is strictly prohibited.
The Agreement between Improve Confidence on behalf of Merle Wilson (Coach) and the Client whereby Coach agrees to provide coaching services for the client on agreed upon topics. The Coach serves as a partner in self-discovery, personal growth, goal setting and goal attainment. The Coach’s role is to help the Client discover within themselves the beliefs or issues that are blocking them from moving forward and achieving their require goals and dreams.
All payment of good and services will be confirmed just prior to the completion of your transaction. You will be informed if there is any delivery charge. There are no delivery charges in respect of courses or telephone coaching. Transaction currency for all purchases: Pounds Sterling
Kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling a session time. By booking with Improve Confidence you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call, email or text Merle Wilson at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will still incur the session fee. Please do not be upset when we ask for this cancellation fee to be paid.
Having 24 hours notice of cancellation will also allow us to offer your session time to another client who may have otherwise missed out.
Payment for Personal Coaching and Life Coaching sessions are to be made prior to your first session by direct credit into bank account provided or by PayPal unless other terms have been agreed with Improve Confidence.
